Free shuttle service will be provided between the Convention Center and all Conference hotels daily.

Airline Discount
American Airlines, in cooperation with HR SOUTHWEST, is offering attendees and exhibitors special airfare rates to and from the Conference.
You may contact American Airlines for reservations by calling 1-800-433-1790 ($10 ticket fee will apply) from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 Midnight, Monday through Saturday. Be sure to provide our Star File Number: #A54H8AF. If you are purchasing your airline ticket through a travel agent, please provide our Star File Number for their reference. You may also purchase your ticket via e-mail ($10 ticket fee will NOT apply) at www.aa.com. Be sure to enter the Star File Number when ordering ticket. American Airlines is offering 5% off the lowest applicable fare in coach and 10% off the lowest Business or First Class fare.

Rental Car Discount
HR SOUTHWEST has partnered with Avis to provide special rental car rates for our Conference attendees.
To reserve a car, contact Avis at 1-800-331-1600 and use your Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number #D002636 or reserve online. Your discount number will be automatically included in your reservation and a confirmation will be sent via email.
