Exhibitor Move-In
Move-in will be out of Door #1, which is on the east side of the Fort Worth Convention Center, on Commerce Street. It is right across the street from the convention center parking garage. Parking at the garage is $7.00 cash with no in/out privledges.
Need directions to the Fort Worth Convention Center?
Unfortunately, FWCC does not have dollies to loan for move-ins and move-outs. Please make your own arrage- ments to bring whatever you need to assist with your move-in/move-out. In addition, please note that parking on the dock areas is ONLY for unloading/loading. Once you have unloaded/loaded, vehicles will need to be moved. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON SIDEWALKS. Towing will be enforced in the dock areas.
Freeman Service Center
The service center includes any additional equipment or other extras needed for your exhibit booth. This includes furniture, audio visual, plants/flowers, electricity, lead retrieval scanner and Internet.
Shipping
Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning September 16, 2008 to the address below.

• Six Booth Personnel Registrations per 10’x10’ space (Limit 3 staff in booth at any one time). Additional booth personnel registrations can be purchased for an additional charge of $20.00.
• Networking opportunities that include lunch, receptions and beverage breaks
• Use of Exhibitor Lounge in Exhibit Hall
• Six free Expo Only passes to offer clients
• Complimentary company listing in onsite Exhibitor Directory
• Complimentary company listing and on the online exhibitor directory/virtual trade show

Exhibitor Rules & Regulations Highlight
Helium balloons or flying objects of any kind are not allowed in any part of the Convention Center. For decoration purposes, air-filled balloons may be used.
