Congratulations to Dr. Rosemary Maellaro, 2009 Educator of the Year!

Dr. Maellaro is Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Dallas' Graduate School of Management where she teaches graduate courses in leadership, organizational development, project management, talent management and business strategy.  Dr. Maellaro has been affliated with the University since 1995 and has been passionate about supporting the HR community through continuing education. In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Maellaro is well known in the Dallas business community for her work as an organizational development and management consultant.  Prior to her work in academe, Dr. Maellaro enjoyed a successful and varied career as an HR executive in a number of industries including both hospitality and retail environments.
