Please have the following information available when calling for reservations:

• Name of Conference : HR SOUTHWEST Conference
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of hotels
• Arrival/departure dates
• Number of rooms required
• Type of room (single, double, etc.)
• Number of persons in party
• Names of all occupants in room
• Arrival time
• Telephone, fax number and email address
• Special requests (nonsmoking room, king bed, etc.)
• Disability assistance required, if applicable please be specific)
• Credit card name, number and expiration date
• Address to which confirmation is to be mailed

 

Note: All reservations will require first night’s deposit for each room.

Availability/Discount Information

Availability at the Conference hotels is on a first-come, first-served basis. All reservations must be handled through the HR SOUTHWEST Housing Bureau. The hotels will not honor direct reservations. You must make hotel reservations by September 19, 2008 to receive the special discounted rates. Please mention that you are with the HR SOUTHWEST, Human Resources Conference and Exposition to receive the discounted rates.

Hotel Reservation Confirmations:

You will receive an acknowledgement from the HR SOUTHWEST Housing Bureau followed by a confirmation from your individual hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

All changes or cancellations must be made to the HR SOUTHWEST Housing Bureau. Please refer to your hotel confirmation for the cancellation policy. After the date indicated by your hotel, all deposits are non refundable.
