Payment Policy

At least 50% deposit MUST accompany application in order for processing. Booth space will not be held with only completed application; payment must be included. After August 1, applications must be accompanied by full payment. See cancellation policy listed in Exhibitor Rules & Regulations. All payments must be in U.S. funds ~ a company check is required for amounts over $5,000. (Tax ID #: 75-2499356)
