Payment
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of check, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Purchase orders will be accepted from Government Agencies only and cannot be processed online. Please use the printable registration form. (Advance registrations by printable form will not be available after 10/09/08. Please contact attendees@hrsouthwest.com)
Registration Confirmation
E-mail confirmation will be sent within two weeks after receipt and a written confirmation will be sent two weeks before the Conference. Advanced registrations will not be accepted after 10/09/08, On-site registration is available at the Convention Center beginning Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at 4:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy (applies to pre conference workshops, full conference, and one day registrations)
Expo Only and Guest Passes are non-refundable. Cancellations must be in writing and will incur an administrative fee of $75.

Transfer Policy
Registrations may be transferred to another individual; however, higher registration fees will apply if membership status is different. Transfer requests must be in writing and will incur a $50 administrative fee. Transfer request letter must be from the original registrant. Registrations will not be transferred from one year to the next.
