Each year, more than 100 students are able to participate in full The HRSouthwest Conference thanks to generous sponsors. Sponsoring a student for The Conference is a great way for you or your organization to promote education and to encourage current college students to pursue a career in the HR field. Sponsors are acknowledged with a flyer included in every conference attendee bag. |

| Reception Guest Pass |
Grants entry into either Sunday OR Tuesday evening reception. A separate, paid pass is required for entry to each reception. Does not allow access to Keynotes, Expo Hall or Conference sessions. Co-workers or associates in an HR industry-related position do not qualify for this pass. Guests must be at least 18 years old. |

Payment
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We welcome payments in the form of check, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. Payment must be for the correct full amount; no partial payments accepted. A faxed form must include credit card information.
Purchase orders will be accepted from Government Agencies only and cannot be processed online. They must be paid prior to or at check-in at Conference. Please use the printable registration form.
On-site registration is available at the Convention Center beginning 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 19, 2013

Email confirmation will be provided after receipt of registration and payment in accordance with payment terms.
Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations & Transfers must be submitted in writing to The HRSouthwest Conference and incur a $75 administrative fee.

Transfer Policy
Registrations may be transferred to another individual and must be in writing. Prevailing registration fees will apply and incur a $50 administrative fee. If registration is paid by employer, the employer owns the registration and reserves the right to transfer or cancel. Registrations are not transferable to future events. Expo Only and guest passes are non-refundable. The HRSouthwest Conference reserves the right to cancel or revoke any registration for any reason without refund.
Photography/Video Release
Attendees that register for The HRSouthwest Conference, agree to the terms that HRSWC may use the photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by HRSWC, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The HRSWC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the HRSWC including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
Communications Preferences
By registering for The HRSouthwest Conference, attendees agree that their information may be shared with official Conference partners such as the contracted housing bureau, Online Learning Center partner, or others, in order to facilitate access to exclusive Conference material and information.
