Recertification Information

Are you certifed as a PHR, SPHR or GPHR by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI)?

Recertification credit can be earned on an hour-per-hour basis for time spent in conference sessions and Pre-Conference Workshops.

Full conference attendees (not attending the Pre-Conference Workshops) may earn a maximum of 16.75 hours of HRCI recertification credit hours. Of those hours, attendees may earn a maximum of 12.75 Business Management & Strategy credit hours, a maximum of 4 Global credit hours and a maximum of 1.25 of California-specific credit hours.

Several Pre-Conference Workshops will offer additional HRCI recertification credit hours, depending on the session you register for. If you attend a Pre-Conference Workshop on October 14 in addition to the Full Conference you may potentially earn up to 28.75 total recertification credits depending on the other conference sessions you attend. 

How to Receive Credit

To receive credit you must fill out the Recertification Credit Form included in the back of your on-site Conference Brochure and submit directly to the HR Certification Institute.
